After a terrible experience at another salon here in Houston, I found Bossa Beauty Studio by Paulo Silva — and it was truly a turning point. From my very first visit, I was genuinely moved by Paulo’s care, attention, and professionalism. He carefully analyzed my hair, explained its structure, recommended the right products, and gave me a beautiful, precise haircut with great technique. Paulo is a highly committed professional who is always seeking to improve. He continuously invests in professional development through courses both in the U.S. and in Brazil — and that shows in the quality of his work. Since then, I’ve returned many times — and even brought my daughter, who absolutely loved the experience. Paulo has a wonderful way with children and is always kind and patient. The studio itself is beautiful, well-organized, and high-end. Every detail reflects Paulo’s care — from the special neck support pillow at the wash station (which has always been uncomfortable for me elsewhere) to the drinks and chocolates he offers. Everything shows his dedication and love for what he does. I highly recommend Bossa Beauty Studio to anyone looking for top-quality service with a personal, caring touch!

Paulo is amazing. He is the sweetest and most talented hair professional I’ve found in Houston. He listens and does exactly what you ask and delivers something you can’t imagine could be that good. After a few appointments for myself, I’ve decided to bring my 10 yr old daughter to get a haircut w him and she loved everything about it. We have two very satisfied customers here.

Just go ahead and make that appointment! I had severely damaged hair and a burnt stripe in the middle due to the work policy of keeping it up in a bun at all times. I needed a color correction and a much-needed haircut. Upon arrival, I was amazed by the private ambient since I get overstimulated in crowded and loud places. Paulo asked me questions that led to the best decision for my hair in the long term. I'm excited about my next appointment for Brazilian keratin treatment, which will remove the top frizz of my naturally curly hair.

I chose Bossa Nova to get a haircut on my birthday as a special treat for myself, and I’m so glad I did. It was my first time at the salon and I absolutely loved the experience! There was no waiting time, and he gave me his full attention from start to finish. He carefully examined my hair and politely offered professional recommendations. The deep conditioning felt amazing, and the haircut turned out just the way I wanted. Highly recommend! Before and after pictures.

I just visited Bossa Beauty Studio for the first time and absolutely loved it! I had gone to another salon previously and unfortunately my hair was badly damaged. Paulo brought my hair back to life with beautiful color and a new haircut that truly enhanced my natural skin tone. The salon itself is very cozy and welcoming, with delicious coffee. Paulo is a wonderful person, and you can tell he genuinely cares about his clients. We’re lucky to have a little piece of Brasil right here in the city. I’m excited to come back again soon!
